Human Service Workers Can Provide an Opportunity for Social Change as Well as Means of Maintaining Social Order

This essay reflects on human service work can provide opportunities for social change as well as maintaining social order. Human service works provide service as guidance, counseling as service to the society. Values are the belief that shapes us to strive and improve ourselves (Parekh 2015). They are defined as the purpose of improving people's communities and provide better conditions and services. Social empowerment and dominant ideologies influence collective values that people hold.

My personal view is based on socialism, I believe that every course action should be engaged to empower people and one shall strive to make society better. My approach the social control will not lead to improvement Dormant ideologies are beliefs that we live in our day to day life. My firm belief is that the social worker is an opportunity for change and societal opportunities exist that provide equal opportunities for all. Dormant ideologues have a significant impact on social institutions with control measures and autonomy at large (Shatil 2020). Liberalism as an ideology is part of true values appropriate for a society that convince people of the proletariat. As Neoliberalism the emphasis on the free market as a service that will lead to economic globalization and deregulation. In Neoliberalism individual workers are treated as firms and held for changes and follow profit-making logic. The impact of Neoliberalism has changed the service delivery and social worker's role in policy effect and impact on marginalization through service on scale work. The cultural change as neoliberalism has resulted in commoditization and NGOs have partnered with the government to deliver services and tackle responsibility and bridging the gap of society. Direct and indirect support can provide opportunities for social change enhancing productivity, reduced costs (Menachem 2015). Social order is seen as hierarchal with laws and rules for the preservation of order. Utilitarianism ideology focuses on the need result of the act that encourages the value of the service denominated by authority or individual power can relate to coercive power between community and power holder. Radicalism as a promotion of equality and human rights encourages the prospect of future work by promoting welfare to overcome structure challenges increasing balance in social welfare and human services. Evidence-based research practice through radicalism will strengthen the occupational service acknowledging policies and strategies towards feasibility (Chenowith 2014). The state should fund the entities and create individual autonomy Dominant ideologies have applied to the ruling ideas using social control for enriching stability for a socially stratified society. The creation of balance and removing false copiousness will resolve cultural problems and as part of capitalist and progressive elements.

In society, social change seeks to explain structure within society with state and social institutions to regulate the norm of the institution. Persona belief on humility opens and trust has led to the encouragement of socialism and encouraging collective worship in decision making. Feminists have argued social hostile and welfare can be a bridge through gender equality. Feminism and social work are similar in personal empowerment and active participation. Community enhancement and self-reliance are part of the human service work

Managerialism is characterized operatic within an organization to seek improvements of outcome using management techniques (Shatil 2020). Engagement of human services will provide a mechanism for maintaining social order. The Neo-liberal paradigm has strengthened the expansion of globalization and government responsibility for welfare for residents ( Harrison 2018). The key reason for the demographic structure is the engaging population and welfare structure. Dominant groups set up institutions to carry out expropriate patterns. The political discourse has led to intrusive set and reduced the human services. Neoliberalism has been framed with loss of professional autonomy and transfer of power.

The collective model of neoliberalism teaches human service professionals to use common purpose to appropriate collective resources of state and other organizations (Durate 2017). Ideologies guide our choices and actions and theories with ideology characterized by the manifestation of the ruling class. The possibility of common ideological beliefs and principles will strengthen social principles and develop an ideological framework. Principles of society and human service can be developed through social relations and processes for change.

It is necessary to develop a change in power structure and allocation of services to support human service work. Jamrozik (2009) suggested two red welfare system as welfare entirely not laid on government. Human service can be improved through the Neo-liberal governance system by equal participation from private organizations for reform. This will make a considerable difference and will lead to liberalization and welfare through social change. Dominant ideologies by the ruling group reflected in media with the bias on social democracy and ideological policies. Articulation of social work and methodological choice influences the understanding of deregulated capitalist. Social work involves a political subject and political construction with liberalism and radicalism. My values are based on structural analysis and social change through the distribution of wealth power and status by ownership of the individual for economic resources for personal and social change. The society created by humanitarianism and egalitarianism will reshape political and human service work.

Welfare authority works for appropriate social problems and function approach with neo-liberalism for formulating power models and operating for decision making to maintain social control and opportunities for social change. Community enhancement and positioning citizens on Neo-liberal interest improvements of outcome improvement on equality will be reinforced.
