A perfect order fulfillment can be defined as the total percentage of orders that are meeting the delivery performance along with the documentation that is complete and accurate as well as there is no damage in delivery (Muzumdar and Zinzuwadia 2013). The following discussion explores innovative technology solutions that can address the issue of increasing complexity in today’s global market, how to create customer value, and how to promote supply chain collaboration with the help of core competency.
