Further to your advertisement on linked.in, I would like to apply for the position of process manager in your company.
As per your selection criteria, I have the adequate experience and understanding of Statistical analysis, trend monitoring and reporting. I also have experience in determining, categorise and develop mitigation for product failure modes.
I have finished my bachelors in business administration and masters in IT – enterprise Resource Planning. I am attaching a copy of my resume with this letter for your perusal.
I am an extremely passionate team player and have participated in various competitions and club activities at graduate and post graduate level that have helped me enhance my skillset. My expertise in, SAP Hana, SAP Lumira, Tally, Wireshark, Spider Web, SQL have helped me develop my prowess as a process manager to a large extent. Furthermore, my term as a sales representative at Mayne Rugs and flooring has given me valuable insights and learning about being an efficient team leader given the peak season traffic I had confronted.
As this position I was responsible for leading a team of 7 individuals for our daily operations at the showroom. Along with that I needed a thorough knowledge of the software systems of the previous company so as to upload the data into the central system. Along with managing customer relations, I also had to ensure that I knew what each and every employee was doing and how they were contributing to the monthly targets. I have a sunny, can-do demeanour that is backed with integrity and technical expertise that helps me motivate each and every team member to produce ideal results.
