Analysis of Conflict Management in Nursing

The nurses should be accountable for their actions as per the code of ethics for registered nurses (Snelling, 2016). The ethical principle of veracity was applicable because both the nurses during the conflict resolution told the truth about the actual reason for the patient’s poor health by accepting that their negligence towards the patient. Thus, indicating that the duty of care was inefficient and this could lead to legal complications.
