Throughout my working experience, I have been associated with cultural programs and organizational budget keepings. With the resources and assets, it becomes a priority to provide funds to each culture in the program to avoid any discrimination. Also, during the programs I always focused on meeting the goals of the participants, each needs to meet their respective goal within defined boundaries. I always ensure exceptional project management with the ability to effectively manage and provide insights on budgets and expenditure and improve the delivery of programs. At the time of the cultural program, I always look through the need and requirements in demand and able to rectify those complications as soon as possible. Through which I always ensure in achieving positive and sustainable outcomes and realizing that operative preparation is the key to strategic interventions and effective programs. It is my habit to keep a viable record of the program backgrounds even if it is related to small details to keep the record as genuine as possible and a written document for the working environment for future use. Throughout my work, I always communicate with media individuals and cultural heads to gather insights into the sourcing and propose an appropriate method to gather sources for the programs. I always take my work seriously when it comes to cultural asset allocation so that there is nothing to complain about. I have always tried my best to provide fair management with passion and dedication to successfully implement the programs. The records are kept on every detail that is responsible in making the cultural programs possible. During the 2018 festival, I had maintained a profound record of time, range and resources for the programs while sustaining all the participants of the cultural program. I have completed my job for the management and maintained the budget of the program to ensure effective resource allocation. The track records of the programs and funding analysis of mine can be further used to rectify the future problems of resource allocation the culturally diverse programs.

My extensive work experience includes contacting the diverse individuals from different ethnicity and culture. I have always maintained a healthy relationship with all those people who I have worked with. In my thoughts I never insult or snub anyone, with every individual as a priority I must keep a balance between me and them with quality management, conventional and cherished real and agreeable working relations. With my working experience, I have built up quite cherished relationship with different types of media which has also led me to get diverse contacts throughout the community cultural development. I have an exceptional ability to build and maintain successful professional relationships through liaison, establishing trust and providing accurate and timely information. Also, with my dynamic nature of being comfortable with everyone, I am flexible and manageable to work under any circumstances and it will be gratifying for me to provide my services. Through festivals and cultural programs, I have worked with various media personnel with effectiveness. Through my working as an intern and when I was employed as a student A&R at QUT, I came across many media professionals and established a quite good professional relationship with them. I have always been a quick learner and perceiver which has helped me in building my skills in this field. Also, my passion and will to work have brought a significant amount of change in how to approach people with effective communication even if it is verbal or physical, I have learned to portray myself in different areas where communication is needed for the effective deployment of the work. In my working experience, I have always been a team player with active communication with the members and various other participants. I have a strong set of skills that allow to communicate with others even if it is digitally, with my social media presence I have gained a lot of communication skills through digital platforms. As I have the confidence in myself, I can surely portray myself with full competency in any kind of media.
Existing Networks Into Culturally Diverse Artistic Communities
In my work experience, I have managed to link myself with various culturally diverse artists from different ethnicity and skills. I always found myself to befriend each talented individual to build a relationship with them. My passion for serving for art and culture diverse has always been genuine whether it is from different background I always appreciate their craft and their will to showcase it. I initiated and cultivated operative and friendly working contacts with artists and creators via consistent face-to-face assemblies whether on a specific origin or inside a bigger assembly to convey relationships of collaboration and create precise preparations concerning their contribution in several procedures. Whether it is my internship or programs in the festival I have liked to collaborate with diverse culturally talented artist for the effective working of the programs. Also, I have succeeded and upheld a prodigious number of artists on social media accounts with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Spotify. These artists are from different ethnicity and each one of them is blessed with a talent that represents their community with pride and honour. While I was working with them, I always liked their passion and dedication they gave to their craft and showcased it as an original heritage of their community. With different artists altogether it shows a developed nation with each one respecting one another. I appreciated their enthusiasm and willingness to work with them in future to represent their cultural diversity with much greater pride.
