Project sponsor involves the selection of desired stakeholders for the project (Kerzner, 2017). They also function in the allocation of the resources needed for the execution of the project. 2.4.1. Lessons Learnt Report
From the above project, it can be analysed that a plan for the administration of the project is essential. It helps in analysing the required resources and implementation of a proper method for the execution of the project (Kivilä et al. 2017). Additionally, approval also plays a significant part from the sponsor as they deal with the allocation of the resources fo the execution. Besides, sustainability is also crucial aspects as it helps in dealing with the various elements within an environment. Furthermore, it is also essential for managing the stakeholders of the project as they tend to deliver the desired value that leads the project towards its success.

Dissemination of this resort can be executed with the help of emails and messages. It can also be posted to the official social media sites of the company.
2.4.3. Determination of Lesson Learnt Register
The presented organisation does not seem to be having a lesson learnt register. However, adopting one could help in learning from the past mistake and implement better strategies for the future.

Controlling and monitoring of the activities needs to be conducted along with proper project closure at the end. This will contribute to the interest of the stakeholders alongside the execution of the project from all aspect.
