Description of Australian Culture Analysis
Having been born in mainland Australia, I identify with Australian the local culture to a large extent. I belief that the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are a part of the Australian culture, though the native language of the Aboriginal people differs from the language I speak in. On the other hand, the way of life I lead, social customs and social behavior, law, ceremony change from culture to culture. For instance, Aboriginal people mostly focus on social relationships and issues related to respect and trust. These viewpoints have developed from my cultural lenses which I have created since childhood.

Analysis of Australian Culture Analysis
The standards of the Nurses and Midwifery registration board has unified the healthcare culture throughout the healthcare system that each and every health providers are required to follow. I think that I have to develop my cultural lenses as respectful to all the patients regardless of their culture. I also need to work for maintaining multidisciplinary trust so that collaborative work culture can be developed. Apart from that I also need to be kind to all the patients or case users. For instance, as the aboriginal people beliefs in maintaining good relationship and trust with each other, I need to develop a trustworthy relationship with them to ease out the treatment stress.
